The Cappiotti family’s story began in 1994 with Il Forno in the Himalayas, where a handcrafted wood-fired oven became the highlight. Inspired by its character and performance, Marco Cappiotti came to Delhi in 2010 to create his own ovens and introduce authentic Italian flavors to India.

 

Marco Cappiotti’s journey began with humble roots—outsourcing metalwork, finishing ovens by hand on site, and steadily building a reputation for excellence.
