The Cappiotti family’s culinary journey began in 1994 with Il Forno in the Himalayas, where a handmade wood-fired oven stole the spotlight. Inspired by its charm and performance, Marco Cappiotti set out to build ovens of his own. In 2010, he brought this vision to Delhi, beginning his mission to craft exceptional ovens and share authentic Italian pizza culture across India.

 

Marco Cappiotti’s journey began with humble roots — outsourcing metalwork, hand-finishing ovens on site, and steadily building a reputation for excellence. Over time, Il Forno by Marco became a trusted name, delivering bespoke wood-fired pizza ovens, residential models, and heritage-quality brick ovens that elevate kitchens across Asia.
