The Cappiotti family’s culinary legacy began in 1994 with Il Forno in the Himalayas, where a handcrafted wood-fired oven captured attention for its charm and performance. Inspired by this experience, Marco Cappiotti traveled to the capital in 2010 to begin crafting his own ovens, bringing authentic Italian flavor to India.

 

Marco Cappiotti’s journey began with humble beginnings — outsourcing metalwork, hand-finishing ovens on site, and steadily building a reputation for excellence.
